I am uniquely qualified to guide you through your boundary reset journey. Like many of you, I used to be that high-achieving woman who was exhausted, constantly saying ‘yes’ to everyone else, and feeling resentful because my boundaries just didn’t hold. After struggling for years with the guilt, fear, and overwhelm that come from unhealthy boundaries, I dove deep into trauma-informed personal development and communication techniques.

Not only have I learned from my own practical experience, but I have been a therapist for the last 20 years. I combined what I learned with practical coaching experience, my clinical work, and my one-on-one and group work with professional women just like you. Over time, I developed The Calm Boundary Reset™ framework, a trauma-informed, compassionate, and proven system to help women move from fear and exhaustion to calm confidence in setting boundaries.

I’ve seen the transformation happen again and again, not just in my life but in the lives of countless clients who have gone on to build healthier relationships, find more peace, and gain greater clarity.
